Materials such as company profile, pictures and other important write-ups are to be provided by the client. Please note that all write-ups are to be provided in Microsoft Word document file format and pictures either in JPEG,GIF or PNG format. -
Please make sure that all information for the website design is completed and up to date. We will charge extra fees if in the process of designing your website, you keep on sending more information to us to add to the previous ones. These materials are to be provided in recordable CDs. Take note that this CDs will be returned immediately after the job is completed. There will be extra charges if we prepare your corporate profile and scan your pictures.

Please note that hosting fees are to be paid in full and are not negotiable. You must pay at least 70% of the designing charges to enable us start your design.

If provided with every working materials, we'll deliver at the approximated time duration for the package of your choice.

[3] Failure to pay your annual subscription/hosting fees will result in unsubscription and removal of your website address/domain name from our network. [4] Late registration of website address/domain name attracts an additional fee of N 3,500 only. After one month of non-renewal, it will be required that you pay an additional fee of N 30,000 to retrieve both the IP address and domain or you will lose both and end up registering a new one with a different website address/domain name. [5] After payment, receipts will be issued to you via hand or electronic mail. |
