• How long will it take to receive my design samples?

5 business days after payment is accepted. 

• How do I pay for my logo, stationery, brochure, web site, slogan or other designs?

Cash, Certified cheques and Wire Transfer are accepted but must be received before work commences.

• How would I know that my payment was accepted?

One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered and the approved payment.

• What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial design samples? 

If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will create some new design samples for you to choose from. We will contact you and discuss the matter further and continue to do so until you are completely satisfied.  

• How can I view design samples? 

We will send your design samples via e-mail. You will then be able to view all design samples.  

• How many changes can I have done to my logo, stationery, brochure, web site, slogan or other designs?

We offer unlimited revisions and modifications. Excelsiors Producktionz continue to work with all our clients closely until they are completely satisfied.

• Would it be possible to enhance or modify my current logo?

Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can revamp it. Please be sure to indicate on the online form that you currently have a logo.

• What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?

There is a substantial difference between Corporate Designs and Illustrated Logos. Corporate Designs are simple yet unique and memorable images that are highly recognizable from any reasonable distance and size. An example would be Nike's "swoosh" and McDonald's "arches". Illustrated Logos require more complex artwork. The turnaround for these types of logos is 5 business days. Illustration prices vary depending on complexity and level of detail. • How do I place a logo design order?

You can order a custom logo design by visiting our website order portal to place your orders. Then, simply fill in the required fields and click on submit.

• How do I place my stationery design order?

You can order a custom logo design by visiting our website order portal to place your orders. Then, simply fill in the required fields and click on submit.

• How do I place a web site design order?

You can order a website design by visiting our website order portal to place your orders on any hosting and design package section. Then, simply fill in the required fields and click on submit.

• How do I place a billboard design order?

You can order a billboard design by visiting our website order portal to place your orders. Then, simply fill in the required fields and click on submit.

• How do I place a brochure design order?

You can order a brochure design by visiting our website order portal to place your orders. Then, simply fill in the required fields and click on submit.

• What happens once I place my design order?

We have a 5 day turn around time on our design packages before any initial concepts are available for viewing. This turn around time is needed to thoroughly and concisely research your company, product or service. We need to understand your type of business before we create any unique designs.

• What happens after I choose my finalized design?

The Design Phactory designers will supply you with all the necessary files to ensure high quality printing for promotional material, signs, stationery printing, web use and other digital media. Some packages also include a CD-ROM, which will be shipped to you directly. If your design package does not include a CD-ROM, one can be delivered or shipped to you for only N5,000.00, which includes shipping and handling.

• How will I receive my final files?

You will receive your final design files via e-mail or via CD-ROM. All files are in high resolution and are provided in only PC formats.

• Can I have a business card, letterhead and matching envelope with my new logo design?

If you wish to compliment your new custom logo with stationery, simply order for the custom stationery package or save big by requesting the package that includes custom slogan, logo and stationery.

• Can I trademark the slogans and logos that Excelsiors Producktionz creates for my company?

Yes you can. Excelsiors Producktionz does not hold any rights to the designs we create on behalf of our clients. YOU OWN ALL THE RIGHTS and we can help you copyright or trademark your custom designs if you so wish, by supplying you with all the necessary information and contacts.

Excelsiors Producktionz understands the value of our clients’ ideas and feedback. A designer or marketer, depending on the project, will always speak to you directly before any work is begun on your behalf. Constant communication is essential to the brainstorming process and to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your custom design. We appreciate all your comments and depend on them to succeed and prosper.
